This database utility is a replica of one I created for a business.
I've replaced the names and locations of people and things that pertain to that business,
and have made this replica more generic.
Play with it, feel free. I'm using this as an example of some of what I can do with PHP and mySQL.
The username is "username" and the password is "password" (both without the quotes, of course.)
